Trail Ridge Chef Wins Taste of Elegance…AGAIN!

Ryan Hembree, (CEC, CCA, WSA, DRA), Executive Chef of Trail Ridge in Sioux Falls, was named Chef Par Excellence at the 26th Annual Taste of Elegance Competition sponsored by the South Dakota Pork Producers Council. The event, with over 600 in attendance, was held at the Sioux Falls Convention Center on January 19th, 2014, and was a culinary competition between 7 of South Dakota’s most honored chefs. This event was designed to inspire innovative and exciting ways to menu pork.  Judging of the entrées was based on originality, appearance, and taste.
