Assisted living support is available for one and two bedroom apartments and includes two levels of care. We’ve developed a comprehensive range of supportive services designed to fit your needs, whether you or your loved ones require assistance with one or several activities of daily living.
Memory Care
The Memory Care Center at Trail Ridge was created to expand the services available to residents, families and the seniors in the Sioux Falls area. We understand residents and families affected by Alzheimer’s, dementia and associated memory issues face certain challenges and often require specialized memory care. Living at Trail Ridge allows you and your family to design an individualized memory care plan that will meet your specific needs.
Personalized Supportive Environment
As part of our specialized memory care program, personal Alzheimer’s and dementia care plans are developed to manage and maintain a resident’s well-being and create a comfortable, safe and supportive environment.
In the Memory Care Center, all our caregivers have specialized training and are always available to assist residents with any of their needs. As part of the specialized care, staff members also offer programs and activities designed to engage and connect with residents who live with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.
